Introduction to data analysis with RStudio

This is an basic introduction to the programming language R and its implementation in the software package RStudio. It is especially designed for teaching Experimental Methods I at the BSc program in Cognitive Science at Aarhus University, Denmark.

It is written by Kristian Tylén and Malte Lau Petersen, but many of the programming examples are inspired by other tutorials, introductions and online sources.

The Gitbook is mainly thought as a practical introduction to R programming, but it is our ambition to also cover some of the conceptual background of various statistical procedures and test along the way. It is very much a project in continuous development and we only hope to complete it through the next couple of years.
