Chapter Two

In chapter two we focus on slightly more advanced operations in PsychoPy3, where we will introduce you to coding statements, for loops and functions. Learning and understanding how statements, loops and functions work within the program opens up multiple opportunities for being creative with your own experiments in the future. Statements, loops and functions are used in basically all other programming languages (though the command for them might differ) these three coding features are used in nearly all more complex commands in PsychoPy3 and especially when creating experiments.

So take your time to understand what these operations do and complete the exercises to become better at understanding how they work.
